Since these are each custom made returns are not accepted. We do our best to ensure your item is packed carefully so it arrives safely. If for some reason your item is damaged please send us an email at luminary3ddesigns@gmail.com. We will work with you to get the damaged pieces replaced for you. Lithophanes will be made with the pictures you send to us, please make sure you are sending the right ones, we are not responsible for the quality of your photos.
